A young mother from New Jersey said she was shocked when she inquired about bartending jobs at a popular restaurant, only to hear the venue preferred to hire “people without children.”

In many states, including New York, it’s illegal to discriminate against job applicants who have children. But a New Jersey woman claims she was denied consideration for a job simply because she’s a mom. The I-Team’s Chris Glorioso reports.
