Storm Team 4 Meteorologist, Matt Brickman, made a special Weather Kids stop at Mount Pleasant Blythedale School in Valhalla, NY. Students had fun with shaving cream clouds and learned about summer weather.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Violeta Yas met with third graders from Parsons Elementary School in North Brunswick, NJ. The students learned about clouds and different types of snowflakes and what to expect from a tornado.

NBC 4 New York Meteorologist, Matt Brickman, and Telemundo 47 Chief Meteorologist, Andrea Romero, met kindergartners from Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School for a Weather Kids class. The student learned about clouds and snowflakes and sang songs about weather.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist, Maria LaRosa, spent some time at Maywood Avenue School in Maywood, NJ for a Weather Kids session. The fourth and fifth graders learned about snow, clouds and tornadoes.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Raphael Miranda spent the morning with over 100 students at St. Francis of Assisi at Corry Academy in the Bronx. The students learned about different types of snowflakes and clouds.

NBC 4 New York Meteorologist Matt Brickman and Telemundo 47 Meteorologist, Tairy Ynoa paid a visit to Mahatma Gandhi School No. 25 in Passaic, NJ for a Weather Kids/Niños del Tiempo session with the school’s third graders.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Violeta Yas, finished up the 2022-23 school year at PS 536 in the Van Nest section of the Bronx. The second graders had fun making clouds, learning about high and low pressure and what storms they could see this summer.

Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Violeta Yas, made a visit to Washington Irving School #4 in her hometown of Garfield, NJ. Students learned all about weather science and climate change.
